Amélie joined our team a year ago, following an internship with us. Her exceptional commitment and passion quickly set her apart, and she was integrated as a Continuous Improvement Technician in our Methods department.
Amélie plays an essential role in analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Her ability to work with almost all the trades in our company enables her to take a holistic view of projects, which contributes greatly to our efficiency and operational excellence.
